Nu Flow's patented lining system is currently manufactured at our plant in Ontario, Canada. However, a new facility located in the Middle East region will commence production shortly to supply the local market.

All Epoxy materials for drain, sanitary and storm lines meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM F1743 for Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation and ASTM F1216 for Inversion rehabilitation. The liner enhances the structural strength of the host pipe and will act as a "pipe-within-a-pipe" which meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM D790, D638 and D543.

The life expectancy of the liner exceeds 50 years and can be installed in pipes with diameters from 75mm to 200mm (as standard), and 200mm and above (custom).

The potable epoxies are UL certified (to NSF-61 standards) safe for drinking water and are most commonly used to line industrial and domestic water systems. The epoxies can be applied in many other systems including fire protection and suppression systems, chiller and heating pipelines. The epoxy has a life expectancy of 100 years, and has been used for more than 40 years in Japan and 25 years in the United States.

Epoxy lining is a non-invasive process that uses an epoxy barrier coating to line the inside walls of pipes. The epoxy has a projected life expectancy of 100 years, and has withstood the test of time for more than 40 years in Japan and almost 25 years in the United States.
